As part of the Lunar New Year focus, WMW Friends will be presenting the artists' association Mai Ling and their work. The collective deals with the critical and challenging aspects that people who are perceived as Asian are often confronted with in Vienna. The collective discusses these realities in a sensitive manner and presents their artistic language in the lecture in order to articulate this field of tension.

Mai Ling, founded in 2019, is an artist association/collective based in Vienna, offering a platform to share and exchange experiences, especially related to Asian FLINT*.
